Hajj and Umrah are sacred acts of worship, not holidays. Prepare yourself spiritually, physically, and mentally. Show patience, kindness, and respect to fellow pilgrims, and strive to perform your pilgrimage with sincerity and devotion for the sake of Allah.
Important Rules & Regulations
Please read the following terms carefully before booking your Hajj or Umrah package with Al Hashmi Travels.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, and service providers.
- Package prices may change without prior notice due to airline fares, accommodation costs, exchange rates, or Saudi government regulations until your booking is fully confirmed.
- A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) is required for all travelers.
- Pilgrims are responsible for providing accurate documents required for visa processing. Any delay caused by incomplete documentation is the applicant’s responsibility.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Saudi authorities. Al Hashmi Travels cannot guarantee visa approval or be held responsible for visa refusals.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every pilgrim.
- Please ensure you arrive at the airport at least 3–4 hours before your scheduled departure.
- Passengers must comply with airline baggage allowances. Excess baggage charges are payable directly to the airline.
- Always keep your passport, visa, medications, valuables, and important documents in your hand luggage.
- Liquids exceeding 100 ml are not permitted in cabin baggage unless allowed under airline security regulations.
- Pilgrims are responsible for safeguarding their luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey.
- Follow the instructions of your group leader and Saudi authorities at all times during Hajj and Umrah.
- Airport immigration, customs, and transport procedures may take several hours, particularly during the Hajj season. Your patience and cooperation are appreciated.
- Due to operational requirements, hotel allocations or transport arrangements may occasionally change to equivalent standards.
- Hajj schedules are based on the Islamic (Hijri) calendar and may change according to official moon sightings.
- Pilgrims with disabilities or serious medical conditions must inform us before booking so suitable arrangements can be discussed.
- During peak Hajj periods, families or groups may occasionally be separated due to crowd management. Please remain calm and follow official guidance.
- Keep emergency contact numbers and your accommodation details with you at all times.
- Respect Saudi laws, local customs, and the sanctity of the Holy Cities throughout your pilgrimage.
